Long Line of Military Relationship!
Our business has a long line of relationship with the military as currently the company has several veterans on our sales team including the owner himself, who is a former AH-64D Apache Attack Helicopter Pilot/Gunner in the Missouri Army National Guard. Many veterans were previously deployed overseas to serve our country. All veterans together have a combined over 80 years of military service in the United States Army, Airforce and Navy, and several members are currently still serving. We are proud to say we are a veteran owned and operated business and are certainly proud to hire veterans.

It has always been my dream to own my own business and to offer my fellow Veterans a good career path. Being an entrepreneur is in my blood and my pursuit of success is always growing. I believe my skill sets are proving to transition perfectly into the business world especially the roofing industry. Currently these skills our Vets possess have put us a stride ahead of every one of our competitors and due to our strong work ethic and ability to win, and never give up attitude, We will be tough to beat.

Owner/CFO
My name is Zhengjia McDevitt. I am a proud mother of two beautiful children and Joe’s wife. I was born and raised in a highly industrialized city of Shenyang, China. When I was a sophomore in Liaoning University pursuing a degree in business, I decided to study abroad so I could improve my English skills. Next thing you know that I traveled to Missouri and started my life in the Midwest. As an international student, I attended Northwest Missouri State University with a scholarship, majored in Corporate Finance. I am always good with numbers and enjoy solving math problems. I speak fluently in English, Chinese and Japanese. Don’t get me wrong, English was a big issue for me during my 1st year of college in the US. I remember I had to work my way around to fix the issue, sometimes it involved in recording the professor’s entire lecture with my cellphone, so I could go back to the apartment to listen to it over and over until I fully understood it. Hard work is always paid off. I scored the highest grades in my finance, accounting classes and literature class in college. My professors were very impressed with me. Since then I know I can do anything as long as I put my mind into. People are always so curious about why I chose to go to school in Missouri, not somewhere on the east or west coast where most foreign students choose to live and go to school. The answer comes easy, I wanted to live and breathe the real western life and practice English in every situation. Here is something to be said, I met my now husband Joe the first day of school where he was a junior. After Joe and I successfully graduated from college, we moved to Fort Rucker of Alabama due to Joe was accepted to Army Flight School where he was trained for 2 years to learn to fly apache helicopter for Missouri National Guard. We moved back to Lake of the Ozarks where we call home with a 6 weeks old baby boy after Joe graduated from Army Flight School and he was promoted to Chief Warrant Officer II soon after. Today my husband is running a reputable roofing business and I help with the accounting work for his business. My other full-time job is an accountant in banking. Joe and I certainly enjoy living at the lake. We are very pleased with the decision of establishing a small business here that provides jobs opportunities to the lake residents and makes homeowners’ houses beautiful.
